Carpooling

EAC does not coordinate any carpooling between guides, volunteers, or attendees. If you choose to carpool, it is at your own risk and liability. We do not give attendees your information, unless you ask us to. Please be advised that if attendees contact guides for any reason, it is most likely through your guide bio links, unless you have emailed us to share that info.

Contact & Roster Info

Rosters are being prepared the week before the festival. All guides and field volunteers will receive a Google invite to access your electronic version. This version is read-only as we may have to update cancellations or adds.

Field volunteers will be picking up the field packets the week of the festival, and we will do our best to ensure these are up to date, and/or contact you directly via cell phone if there are changes. Field volunteers should always have their cell phones available in case of emergencies in the field or for staff to contact you.
