Once Registered Tips

Read your event confirmation(s) carefully: Your confirmation email will list the events you registered for by number and include several links to full descriptions and other key info.

Need to update your registration information or add or cancel your event(s)? Please don’t register again if possible. Staff are available to add a person to your registration, update your current events, and finalize charges with a click of a button. Contact Us

Notes:

  • Add events@eacmarin.org to your contacts so emails do not go to spam/junk folders.

  • Ensure you are registered for the proper events and read your full descriptions using the enclosed Google link.  

  • If you entered your email for every party in your group, you are responsible for each registration and providing the proper and correct personal info for each participant, as well as their emergency contact information. 

  • If you registered multiple times for yourself, please note that you will have more than one confirmation.

  • Refund & Cancellation Policy: Refunds minus event donations and processing fees (registration, credit card, and system fees) can be fulfilled until April 4th, 2026. After April 4th, 2026, your registration fees will be considered a donation, and we will provide you with a tax ID letter upon request. Illness or personal injury does not qualify for a refund, but tickets are transferable if you contact us. If you or another family member is sick, please do not attend and please let us know. All events are rain or shine, barring a massive storm or natural disaster. If your trip has an adjustment, we will contact you. If a guide cannot make it for some reason, we will refund you, or you can adjust your tickets to a donation or switch to another event.

Registration Tips

  • Festival registration is online only through RegFox. See ticket availability below, and be sure to check back or sign up on the waitlist for sold out events, and we will contact you if an opening becomes available. Anyone can register, but EAC members get the $5 non-member fee waived. You can call the office for help (415) 663-9312, or come by the office now through festival weekend at 65 Third Street, Suite 12, Point Reyes Station, CA 94956 for help with registration. Please call in advance to make sure staff are present.

  • Early bird (EAC Members & Friends of the Festival Sponsors Only) Registration has ended for 2026. Learn more and join our membership community to receive the benefit next year.

  • Note the numbered events you would like to attend with backups before registration. Each event has a registration number for easy reference when registering through RegFox, by phone, or in person.

  • Before registration: You need to have each attendee's personal information, including: 

    • Full Name

    • Mailing Address

    • Email

    • Whether they are an adult or a minor (need ages)

    • Emergency contact full name and phone number (preferably not the person in the field with you).

    • Registering Multiple People:  Attendees will register one person at a time through RegFox and will be prompted to add another person (you can copy your events) towards the end of their registration until everyone is registered in your party. Tip: If you have two or more people in your party, consider signing up separately - yet simultaneously - to ensure you get the same event before it sells out.
