Once Registered Tips

Event Confirmations: Your confirmation email will list the events you registered for by number and include several information links to get you to the full descriptions and other key info.

Check your confirmation email carefully: 

  • Ensure you are registered for the proper events. 

  • Use the Google document (this document) to print your confirmed events (by page) with details on the date, time, and meeting location. 

  • If you entered your email for every party in your group, you are responsible for each registration and providing the proper and correct personal info for each participant, as well as their emergency contact information. 

  • Add events@eacmarin.org to your contacts so emails do not go to spam/junk folders.

  • Need to update your registration information or add or cancel your event(s)? Please don’t register again if possible. Staff are available to add a person to your registration, update your current events, and finalize charges with a click of a button. Contact Us

Registration Tips

  • Festival registration is online only through RegFox, whether you call for help or do it yourself. You can call the office for help (415) 663-9312, or come by the office now through festival weekend at 65 Third Street, Suite 12, Point Reyes Station, CA 94956 to get help. Please call in advance to make sure staff are present.

  • Early bird (EAC Members & Friends of the Festival Sponsors Only) Registration starts on Saturday, February 20th, at 10 am through Friday, February 27th, at noon. Learn more and join our membership community to receive the registration code. Becoming a member is a charitable gift towards our mission.  It does not guarantee your desired events. All registration is first-come, first-served.

  • Public Registration starts February 27 at noon: Anyone can register, but non-members incur a $5 event registration fee.

  • Note the numbered events you would like to attend with backups before registration. Each event has a registration number for easy reference when registering through RegFox, by phone, or in person.

  • Before registration: You need to have each attendee's personal information, including: 

    • Full Name

    • Mailing Address

    • Email

    • Whether they are an adult or a minor (need ages)

    • Emergency contact full name and phone number (preferably not the person in the field with you).

    • Registering Multiple People:  Attendees will register one person at a time through RegFox and will be prompted to add another person (you can copy your events) towards the end of their registration until everyone is registered in your party. Tip: If you have two or more people in your party, consider signing up separately - yet simultaneously - to ensure you get the same event before it sells out.
